Flat rate Shipping cost of $9.95 anywhere in Australia.

Orders $75 & Over have FREE standard Shipping.

Orders $120 & Over have FREE EXPRESS standard Shipping (except for sales periods).

Free standard shipping on single samples without tracking. One per Customer.

Monday- Friday: We make every effort to ship within next  2-3 business days. 

May take longer during sales periods.

* Saturday - Sunday: Closed, We make every effort to ship within next 2-3 business days. 

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC ORDERS

These orders are fulfilled through Australia post. We make every effort to ship within next  2-3 business days, but it can take longer during higher sale volume periods.

Please upgrade to EXPRESS shipping if you require your order urgently.

There is an estimated shipment time of 2-10 business days, depending on the location. But this is dictated by Australia Post.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

 

All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR FREE SHIPPING OFFER.

Shipping to NZ & USA for parcels up to 500g. Shipping Cost calculated at Checkout.

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.
