We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your reluminate beauty products, return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. However please email us on loretta@reluminatebeauty.com.au so that we can assist you.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If incorrect, amendments may be possible before dispatch. Once dispatched, redelivery or RTS (return to sender) fees may apply. Contact us promptly for assistance.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can't be made unless you are exchanging a product due to our error, such as an incorrect product. In this case we will cover the return shipping cost. To arrange this, please contact loretta@reluminatebeauty.com.au with your order number.
