Radiant Beauty Pack Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Reluminate Beauty, located in New South Wales, Australia.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 12:01am AEST on Thursday 13 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 20 August 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Reluminate Beauty are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, customers must place an order of any size through the Reluminate Beauty website during the Competition Period.

Each eligible order placed during the Competition Period will automatically receive one entry into the draw.

No minimum spend is required.

No discount code or additional form is required to enter.

5. Prize

There are two prizes to be won.

Each winner will receive one Radiant Beauty Pack, valued at $266.

The total prize pool is valued at $532.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If any item in the prize pack becomes unavailable, Reluminate Beauty reserves the right to substitute that item with another product of equal or greater value.

6. Draw Details

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on Monday 24 August 2026 at Reluminate Beauty, New South Wales, Australia.

The first two valid entries drawn will each receive one Radiant Beauty Pack.

7. Winner Notification

The winners will be contacted by email using the email address provided at checkout.

The winners may also be announced on Reluminate Beauty’s social media channels and/or by email.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, Reluminate Beauty reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Delivery of Prize

The prize will be delivered to each winner using the shipping address provided at checkout, unless otherwise arranged with Reluminate Beauty.

Reluminate Beauty is not responsible for any delays, loss or damage caused by third-party delivery providers once the prize has been dispatched.

9. General Conditions

By entering this competition, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Reluminate Beauty reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an invalid order, cancels or returns an order for the purpose of entering, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.

If an order is cancelled, refunded or found to be fraudulent before the draw takes place, the related entry may be deemed invalid.

Reluminate Beauty’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Privacy

Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used by Reluminate Beauty for the purpose of conducting this competition, contacting winners and delivering prizes.

Entrants’ information will be handled in accordance with Reluminate Beauty’s Privacy Policy.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This competition is run by Reluminate Beauty and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or any other social media platform.

By entering, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, Meta and any other relevant social media platform from any responsibility in relation to this competition.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies that entrants may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
