Black Friday FAQs

When does the Black Friday sale start and end?
The sale starts Wednesday 11 November 2026 at 7am AEST and is scheduled to end Sunday 22 November 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. We’ll update this page if the timing changes.

What’s on sale? Do I need a code?
Enjoy 20–30% off full-priced individual products. Prices are as marked, so there’s no code to enter. Bundles are already discounted year-round and are excluded. Other discount codes, coupons and offers can’t be combined with Black Friday prices.

Can I get the sale price on an earlier order?
Sale prices apply to orders placed during the sale. We can’t apply them to earlier purchases or offer holds, rainchecks or extensions.

How do I get the free Luxury Sleep Duo?
Spend $120 or more on products in one order, after discounts and before shipping, and we’ll automatically add a free satin pillowcase and eye mask set to your cart, whilst stocks last. There’s one free gift per qualifying order.

What happens if the Luxury Sleep Duo runs out?
We’ll offer an alternative gift of similar value in your cart, whilst replacement stocks last. You can see which gift is available before you check out.

Is shipping free? Can I choose express?
Standard shipping is free on Australian orders of $75 or more. All orders ship by standard delivery during the sale, and express shipping is unavailable.

Will my order take longer to arrive?
Please allow a little extra time for dispatch and delivery, especially for international orders. Delivery dates are estimates. If your order is urgent, email us at loretta@reluminatebeauty.com.au and we’ll do our best to help.

Does the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee still apply?
Yes, it applies during the sale. Email us with your order details and we’ll guide you through the return. You cover return postage under the guarantee. If something arrives faulty or incorrect, please get in touch so we can help. See our Refund Policy for full details.
