We’re thrilled to welcome you to our EOFY 26 Sale. To make shopping smooth, simple, and stress free, here’s everything you need to know before placing your order.

SALE DETAILS

• Enjoy 15 to 30 percent off selected full price single items across our website. No code is needed, prices are as marked.

• Discounts apply only to selected single items included in the EOFY 26 Sale.

• Bundles are not included in the EOFY 26 Sale, as they are already discounted year round.

• Receive a free Bamboo Set automatically with all eligible orders of $120 or more, while stocks last.

• The $120 minimum spend is calculated after discounts are applied and before shipping costs.

• One free Bamboo Set is available per eligible order.

• The free Bamboo Set cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, refunded, replaced with another item, or applied retrospectively to previous orders.

• The free Bamboo Set will be added automatically to eligible carts or orders where stock remains available.

• The EOFY 26 Sale starts on 17 June 2026 and is expected to end at 11:59 pm AEST on 23 June 2026, unless sold out earlier or otherwise required due to technical, stock, or operational issues.

• No rainchecks, holds, or extensions will be available once the sale has ended or once the free gift has sold out.

• Eligibility is based on the final order value after discounts and before shipping.

• If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded and the remaining order value falls below $120, the free gift must also be returned unused and in its original condition, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

SHIPPING AND DISPATCH

• All EOFY 26 Sale orders ship via standard delivery.

• We’ve added extra team support, but delivery dates are not guaranteed during busy sale periods.

• Free standard shipping applies to Australian orders of $75 or more.

• Express shipping is unavailable during the sale period. 

• Items may sell out during the sale. We recommend shopping early to avoid missing out.

• International orders may experience additional delays due to carrier demand, customs processing, or local delivery conditions.

DISCOUNT CODES AND ELIGIBILITY

• Discount codes cannot be used during the EOFY 26 Sale unless expressly stated.

• No stacking of codes, coupons, promotions, or other discounts.

• No retrospective discounts will be applied to orders placed before the EOFY 26 Sale begins.

• The free Bamboo Set offer cannot be combined with other gift with purchase offers unless expressly stated.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee still applies to eligible purchases made during the EOFY 26 Sale. Please refer to refund policy for details.

• Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded, restricted, or modified by these terms.

• If a product has a major fault or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

• We do not offer exchanges, store credit, or change of mind product swaps unless required by Australian Consumer Law or our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for change of mind returns, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise required to be returned at our cost under Australian Consumer Law.
